I found a lower price on an item I bought from you last week but I''m having trouble getting att my request for a price adjustment honored. Can you help? When we turn down a request it is because the competing offer did not qualify cell under our guarantee. Our Low Price Guarantee applies to all new-in-box products we sell except cellular phone phones and pagers and we are committed to honoring our guarantee providing the following criteria att are met: The competing offer was cell valid at the same time or within 30 days of your purchase with us A local retailer (not mailorder or out of phone town) is making the competing offer.

Merchandise purchased att on-line through our site (regardless of whether you cell picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned phone and att via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is good for 10 days. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. Stop by and see us.
