Computers, monitors, printers, laptops at&tdigitalservice and related merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Opened software and music can be exchanged for the same item during the first 30 days if defective; unopened software and music can be refunded during the 30-day time frame. Merchandise purchased as Open Box is not subject to the 15% open box fee.
