Merchandise purchased on-line through our site (regardless of whether you picked it up at a store or had it delivered to your home), which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"). Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, at&tdigitalpcs and at&tdigitalpcs automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is good for 10 days.
